Information we collect
When you contact Y4T, we may collect information you choose to provide such as your name, company, email address, optional WhatsApp number, service interests, project message and optional attachment. We may also receive basic technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as IP address and server logs.
How we use information
We use contact information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, communicate about requested services, protect the website from abuse and improve our service experience. We do not sell personal information.
Contact form and communications
Website enquiries and optional attachments are transmitted through Y4T's authenticated business email infrastructure to contact@y4t.top. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your interaction is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy terms.
AI assistant
If you choose to use the Y4T AI Assistant, the messages you send are transmitted to Y4T's assistant backend and processed by the configured AI model provider to generate a response. The Y4T deployment is designed to use its own provider credential rather than the founder's personal assistant credential. Conversation context may be stored temporarily on the assistant server to support multi-turn replies; the current operational cleanup target is 24 hours. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, authentication or confidential information through the chatbot. The chatbot does not currently submit a sales enquiry or book a meeting on your behalf; when appropriate it directs you to Y4T's contact form, email or WhatsApp.
Analytics, consent and local storage
Y4T uses Google Tag Manager as its tag-management layer. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose to accept analytics in the website privacy control. Analytics is denied by default, advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled, and you can reopen the Privacy control to change your preference. The preference itself is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your choice. When analytics is enabled, GA4 may process information such as page views, approximate device/browser information, referral source, campaign parameters and interaction events, including high-level chatbot interaction events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, enquiry messages, chatbot message contents or attachment contents to Google Analytics.
Data retention and security
We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, record-keeping, security and applicable legal obligations. Temporary chatbot conversation files are intended to support short-term conversational continuity and are subject to operational cleanup. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal requirements. Email contact@y4t.top. You can also change your analytics preference using the Privacy control displayed on the website.
Third-party links and services
Our website may link to or use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the configured AI model provider and WhatsApp. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Y4T's services, website or technology stack evolves.
